Processing club shop orders

All club shop orders are made to each club members specifications and not taken from stock. 

To keep purchase prices down we consolidate all orders placed within each month and dispatch them at the end of the month. You will not be charged for your order until it is ready to be sent. If you place an order in the last week of the month your order will be processed in the following month.   

Paying for your order

The shop asks you to ‘pay’ for your order via PayPal (you can use a pre-registered PayPal account or pay as a guest using a debit or credit card). Whilst your payment will be pre-authorised by PayPal, we will not take any monies due until your order is ready for dispatch.

Please be aware that, all items available from the club shop are made to order with the club crest, name, number, or initials. You will be unable to cancel your order once we have processed it for production or return it for a replacement / refund unless it is faulty. Please contact us if you would like to make a change to your order and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.

Please note that PayPal’s Protection for Purchasers does not apply to custom made and personalised garments in this shop.
